Jewelry
All of our pieces are tarnish-resistant and water-resistant, but we don’t recommend daily exposure to water or chemicals if you want them to last forever.
Each piece is plated using IP (Ion Plating) — a premium PVD process that bonds 14k gold or silver to the base metal and finishes with an e-coating for extra protection. This technique makes our jewelry more durable and long-lasting than standard electroplating.
If you wear your jewelry every day — in the shower, gym, and bed — you’ll still enjoy months of shine before natural wear begins. For the longest life, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, or sleeping, and storing it in your GF pouch or box.
Our pieces are not solid gold, but they are made to be loved, worn, and lived in.
Treat your jewelry with care to preserve its brilliance:
- Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotion, or sunscreen.
- Store in a cool, dry place — ideally your original God’s Favorite pouch or box.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to gently polish away fingerprints or oils.
- Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches.
With proper care, your jewelry will keep its heavenly glow for years to come.
Our jewelry is made from brass or stainless steel with 14k gold or rhodium IP plating and a protective e-coating.
Select styles include cubic zirconia or white topaz stones, chosen for their radiant sparkle.

All orders may take up to 1-2 days to process orders, which is not included in shipping time.

Please allow 24-48 Hours for our team to process your order once payment confirmation is received. Our team handpicks your order and goes through an inspection process before being shipped out to you. This excludes weekends, as we ship from Monday-Friday.
During sale periods or the holidays, please allow up to 2-3 business days due to higher then normal order volumes. Weekends do not count.
There may be a delay in dispatching your order during our flash sales, promotions, or peak busy periods. Please allow 1-3 days for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped in order of earliest to latest. You will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
You should receive a tracking number in your email. You can also reach out to our customer service team at hello@godsfavorite.co.
Don't worry if your tracking number is not active; it can take up to 1-2 days after shipment for our logistics partners to activate a tracking number. Rest assured that you will receive the item you've ordered.
Orders are currently shipped from Canada or USA depending on where the customer resides. In certain cases where a product might be out of stock in your country we will ship from the in-stock warehouse DUTY FREE.

We ship from wherever your favorite pieces are closest to you — sometimes from our home base in Canada, sometimes from our U.S. warehouse.
- Within Canada
Most Canadian orders ship from BC and arrive in about 2–5 business days. - When Items Come from the U.S.
If something sells out in Canada, don’t worry — we’ll send it from our U.S. warehouse so you don’t miss out, duty-free.
Cross-border deliveries usually take 5–9 business days and may pass through customs. - Within the U.S.
U.S. orders ship directly from our U.S. location and arrive in 2–4 business days. - Everywhere Else
International orders head out from the U.S. warehouse and typically take 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Duties may apply.
You’ll always get a tracking link once your order ships so you can follow its journey.
Returns & Exchange
You can return your order within 14 days
Email hello@godsfavorite.co with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return/exchange
- For exchanges, the new item/size you’d like
If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Returns sent without an RMA or with incorrect customs declarations may be refused.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not provide prepaid return labels at this time (unless otherwise noted in your RMA).
Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; store credits are issued as digital gift cards.
International customers may return eligible items within the same windows above. All return shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Mark your parcel as “Return—No Commercial Value” per your RMA to minimize customs delays.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@godsfavorite.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
- We’re happy to repair an item purchased on godsfavorite.co within 1 year of purchase at no charge for manufacturing defects.
- Repairs after one year—or damage due to misuse—will incur repair and shipping fees (repairs typically start at $30 + shipping, depending on style).
- Many rings can be resized (from $30 + shipping). Email hello@godsfavorite.co for availability and a quote.
- We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by third-party jewelers.
Items purchased during the sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless there is a product defect; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Yes, all pieces come with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects or plating issues. If something doesn’t hold up, just email us at hello@godsfavorite.co with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
Ordering
Please email us at hello@godsfavorite.co with the subject “CANCEL ORDER: (ORDER NUMBER HERE)” and we will do our best to cancel the order on time. Please understand that we could not cancel the order if an order was already packaged and sent out for delivery. Cancellation can only happen within the first 12 hours of ordering. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed we could cancel it, and you might lose your shipping fee cost.
Certain products that are not immediately available to purchase may be displayed on www.godsfavorite.co. These items can be pre-ordered to secure once they become available. Payment will be taken when or shortly after your order is placed. Delivery times will be displayed on the product page.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. To ensure that this goes into your inbox, please add hello@godsfavorite.co to your contacts. Otherwise, your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us directly.
If an item you have ordered is missing from the online order# that you receive after placing your order, it will likely have been removed because it is out of stock. You will be notified by email should an item you've purchased is out of stock. If you haven't received an email notification about any changes to your order, but you're still missing an item, please get in touch with us immediately with the following information:
