Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with God’s Favorite LLC. We hope you love your jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items purchased from our online store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
To start a return, please email us at hello@godsfavorite.co with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Earrings and body jewelry
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@godsfavorite.co. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll replace or refund your item at no cost to you.
6. International Returns
International customers may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customs fees, import duties, or taxes are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
